The organization wanted to understand where to strategically invest in AI, gaining a clear view of how it could drive value across all business units. The challenge was to identify and validate high-impact use cases through a deep understanding of their processes, with dual focus on strategic impact and operational efficiency.
At the same time, we were tasked with upskilling their internal analysts so they could continue identifying and acting on AI opportunities independently, long after the program ended.
