NVM recognized the significant opportunities that AI could bring for their organization and wanted to explore concrete AI use cases across the holding and its subsidiaries. We partnered with them on a full AI and Innovation Strategy trajectory, culminating in the first proof of concept for an AI co-assistant serving real estate agents nationwide.

Unlocking scattered knowledge securely with a modular AI approach.
NVM's vast knowledge base, spanning legal guidelines, market data, and professional standards, was scattered across multiple systems. Real estate agents struggled to find accurate, up-to-date answers quickly. NVM needed an AI solution that could securely access and surface this knowledge in real time while ensuring accuracy and maintaining data governance.

The Approach
We ran an AI and Innovation Strategy trajectory with NVM across three phases. Each phase built on the last, moving from inspiration and exploration to a validated roadmap and a working proof of concept.

An AI leadership workshop to inspire and align NVM’s leadership team, followed by use case discovery across the holding and its subsidiaries to identify the highest-value AI opportunities.

Customer research and feasibility and impact assessments to evaluate the desirability, viability, and technical readiness of each use case. The output: a prioritized 3-horizon AI roadmap for execution.

Modular AI architecture design and proof of concept development for the first AI co-assistant, a Q&A agent giving realtors instant access to NVM’s knowledge base.

We delivered a working Q&A agent proof of concept that streamlines information retrieval for real estate agents. The agent connects to NVM's knowledge base, CRM, legal documents, and the Funda housing database, accessible via WhatsApp and ready for future channels.
