The Challenge

Fragmented data, manual reporting, and no single source of truth across the organization.

The organization's data was scattered across multiple systems and formats, making it difficult for teams to access reliable, up-to-date information. Reporting was manual and time-consuming, key metrics were inconsistent across departments, and there was no centralized way to monitor performance or compliance.

The Solution

We delivered the platform in two phases, building the foundation first, then stabilizing, expanding, and refining based on real user feedback from a structured pilot program.

Foundation: data model, platform, and core dashboards

Designed a new data model and platform architecture, delivered three dashboards covering 12 key metrics, and launched a pilot program with end users to collect structured feedback for the next iteration.

Scale and stabilize: pipelines, enhanced dashboards, and SLA views

Stabilized the platform, automated data pipelines with alerting and retry mechanisms, enhanced dashboards based on pilot feedback, ingested additional data sources, and delivered dedicated SLA views for compliance tracking.
